Football enthusiasts are set for an entertaining weekend as Premier League action returns, with Tusker Oktobafest adding a three-day celebration of music, beer and Kenyan urban culture at Covo in Kahawa Sukari, Nairobi.

The festival, running from Friday, October 23, to Sunday, October 25, 2026, offers fans an opportunity to combine their love for football with live entertainment and social gatherings as clubs battle for crucial points in the English top flight.

With matches expected to attract attention across the country, Covo will provide a meeting point for fans looking to catch up with friends and enjoy the weekend atmosphere alongside the ongoing Oktobafest celebrations.

The Nairobi edition follows successful stops in Eldoret, Nanyuki and Mombasa as the nationwide festival continues its month-long celebration of beer and local culture.

Organisers have lined up performances from several Kenyan artistes and DJs across the three days. DJ Lisney will entertain revellers on Friday, followed by Willie Paul on Saturday, while Njerae and Codeblack will close the festival on Sunday.

Revellers will also have access to offers across Kenya Breweries Limited’s portfolio, including Tusker Lager, Tusker Malt, Tusker Lite, Tusker Cider, Guinness, Balozi, Manyatta, WhiteCap, WhiteCap Crisp and Pilsner.

Entry to the festival is free, with organisers inviting beer enthusiasts to attend with their friends and enjoy the entertainment responsibly.

Beyond the weekend event, Oktobafest will continue its nationwide tour in the coming weeks, with planned stops at 1922 Mombasa on November 1, Nebraska Ugunja on November 7, Space Next Door in Nakuru on November 14 and Big Tree Mombasa on November 21.

Fans can also look out for flash sales and discounts on selected KBL beers across supermarkets and participating e-commerce platforms as part of the broader October campaign.

Conceptualised in 2019, Tusker Oktobafest is now in its seventh year, bringing together local music, beer and urban culture through events featuring homegrown talent.

As the Premier League takes centre stage this weekend, the festival provides another option for football supporters seeking to make the most of the action, with live performances and social entertainment complementing the football schedule.
